Whisky & Gin Distillery Tours
Come and learn about the history of Lammermoor Station and how the Distillery was started with a personal tour from owners John and Susie Elliot.
Tours take between 60-90 minutes and begin by John personally greeting you on arrival at the distillery. Learn about our whisky making process from paddock to bottle, grain to glass. From growing the barley to malting, mashing and distilling, John will guide you through it all right where it all happens in the still room, tasting the various malt whiskies as you go. Following the whisky tasting and tour Susie will guide you through her gin making process while tasting the various craft gins produced at the distillery.

Opening Hours:
As we run a full time Sheep & Beef Station we cannot be in the distillery all the time. For this reason bookings are essential.
